
With the Broncos finishing a winning season at 14-3 they left their mark after a lot of less than awesome seasons the last few years.
Under head coach Sean Payton and quarterback Bo Nix the Broncos earned the #1 seed in the AFC and got a bye week going into the playoffs. After squeaking out a win over the Buffalo Bills, Bo Nix suffered an ankle injury and it was all on Backup QB Jarret Stidham to take the Broncos the distance.
Unfortunately during the matchup against the New England Patriots, The Broncos came up short, Losing the game and being knocked out of the playoffs.
Looking back, despite the unfortunate loss the Broncos showed lots of promise and proved themselves as a dangerous team that will not be looked over next year.
Moving over to hockey, the Avalanche have dominated like no other, sitting currently as first in the Western Conference and with a record of 36-9.
Under head coach Jared Bednar, the Avalanche are also proving their spot in the league and showing a very promising future for this season, and seasons to come.
The Avalanche are working toward the same goal as all the other teams, which is to lift the Stanley Cup again. As the season keeps pushing forwards make sure to tune in and watch, no matter what team you support but no one can deny that the Avalanche are a threat this year.
Jumping over again, we can see the Nuggets in Denver are proving to be a solid team. Sitting at #3 in the Western Conference at 33-18 sitting behind the 33-16 San Antonio Spurs, and the 40-11 Oakland City Thunder.
After, the Nuggets brought Denver its first Conference Championship in 2023 and the same season bringing home the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, bringing Denver its first ever championship.
The Nuggets have been fighting to prove that they were not frauds and deserve the respect. This season under head coach David Adelman, the Nuggets are fighting for their spot this year and show no signs of slowing down. With the strong leadership of Nikola Jokić, Jamal Murray, and many others the Nuggets are showing out to have a successful season this year.
As some Colorado sports wrapped up and some in full swing, make sure to keep an eye out for these teams because Colorado is leaving its mark on the sports world and they are demanding respect, and maybe when the Rockies come on they can follow in the footsteps. Or maybe more of the same.
