A month into the second semester and many students’ motivations are decreasing rapidly. Many factors contribute to this lack of motivation, including insufficient sleep, anxiety, poor nutrition, depression, lack of exercise, and more. It is important for students to do what’s best for themselves when feeling stressed and unmotivated in school; however, take a look through the flipbook to find a couple of ideas to help stay on top of school work and feel successful during the second semester.
