I never knew much about zodiac signs, but some people follow them religiously. Zodiac signs, among other things, are known to reveal couple compatibility, so I decided to see if it was accurate among long term couples at Broomfield.

Matt Daniels and Chloe Wolz – Juniors Matt (Virgo) and Chloe (Aquarius) have been together for two and a half years and according to their zodiac signs are not supposed to be compatible. Chloe says that Matt’s personality is a lot like her sister’s, so they get along pretty well. They have their similarities and differences but in general, they stand by the phrase “opposites attract.”

Hunter Jensen and Lexi Nordstrom – Seniors Hunter (Aquarius) and Lexi (Cancer) have been together almost two years. Lexi says “it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.” Although they shouldn’t be compatible, she describes that they have personalities that she thinks match well.

Nate Perez and Gia Lemley – Seniors Nate (Pisces) and Gia (Capricorn) have been together for over four years and their compatible zodiacs signs surely reflect their complatilily. Gia notes that their personalities match really well and their differences only balance each other out.

Anna Roh and Chris Strobel – Seniors Anna (Pieces) and Chris (Cancer) have been together for over one year. Anna says that they are very compatible and very similar in a lot of ways. She says that they know how to communicate really well and that is why they have been able to stay together for so long.

Allison Eichner and Gage Salyer- Seniors Allison (Libra) and Gage (Pisces) are shown to be a favorable match as friends, but not necessarily as a couple. Although, Allison says that they started off as friends and they were compatible as friends, so that has been the foundation of their relationship for about one year.

Overall, I’ve concluded that zodiac signs aren’t always accurate. Whether or not their zodiac signs match up, people still are able to find a balance in their relationships to make it work.
