The Eagles Of Broomfield: Isaiah Overman

I went on a mission trip with my church to Ethiopia this year in January.  I saw a lot of poverty with people living in houses made of mud and sticks that held seven people when it looked like it could hold one person. I saw this women there that had AIDS and was raising five in this tiny little house that looked about five feet. I noticed how much we take for granted in America. Over here we have so much but we treat it like it’s something so small. They basically don’t have anything there and when they do they treat it way more than how we treat things here. It made me think about how selfish all of us are. It made me think about how I take things for granted and take advantage of things when I know I shouldn’t.
