Grace Coleman, Video Editor
Grace Coleman is a Senior at Broomfield High School. She is a fourth-year member of the Eagle Way News and hopes to improve her video features, and editing this year. At home, she has three sisters and one brother. Her favorite sibling is her dog, an 11-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Max, who unfortunately still cannot learn to jump. Grace enjoys spending time with her friends and attending school activities in her free time. In addition to this, she also likes to crochet and go for drives while listening to music. Grace is super excited for her fourth year at the Eagle Way and hopes to make it great!
Vilate Carwin, Video Editor
Vilate Carwin is a Senior at Broomfield High and a fourth year member of the Eagle Way. She hopes to improve her video editing skills and create exciting features for the news. At home she has five brothers and four step-siblings. Along with her multitude of siblings her favorite member of her family is her dog Sunny. When she is not playing with Sunny, Vilate is either hanging out with friends, or running. She has always been a runner and is excited to continue her passion of running on the varsity girls cross country team and distance track team. She hopes to make newspaper great this year!

Lauren Hernandez, Staff
Lauren Hernandez is a sophomore student-athlete at Broomfield High School. This is her second year playing for the eagles. She has always loved writing and is excited to carry that into her first year on the Eagle Way news. Lauren is very family oriented and is always surrounded by her friends and family. Her favorite things include playing softball, listening to music, watching pro sports games, and traveling. She grew up traveling around watching her two older sisters playing sports. She can talk all day about softball and her two dogs, Koko and Rio. She is looking forward to being a part of the news team this year!

Finn Cohen, Staff
Finn Cohen is a senior at Broomfield High School, and this is his first year working for the Eagle Way News. His hobbies include running, singing, hiking, acting, and writing. When he isn’t focusing on school he is in the auditorium frantically running lines for the school play or musical! He hopes to grow his writing skills in the Eagle Way newspaper to help him in his dream to become an investigative journalist. Maybe in a few years he will be writing enthralling stories in newspapers, and acting on the stages of Broadway and West End!
Shylah Allison, Staff
Shylah is a senior at Broomfield High School and first year member of the Eagle Way News. She hopes to improve her writing as well as make videos. Shylah loves music and traveling. She is part of theater, choir, and best buddies. When not in school, she is hanging out with her friends and family.
Cole Sonnesyn, Staff
Cole Sonnesyn is a senior at Broomfield High School. He is doing his first year of Eagle Way. He is also a basketball player at Broomfield High School. He enjoys working out and hanging out with his friends and family in his free time. He is excited but also nervous about senior year.

Will Darkey, Staff Writer
Will Darkey is a senior this year at Broomfield High School. Will loves almost all sports. He plays two doubles on the varsity tennis team for the high school, but his favorite sport to watch is by far football, as he gets very invested in the fantasy aspect of it. Will is a member of Student Council, where he gets to express his true creative side daily. When Will is not at school, he can most likely be found drinking chocolate milk, or creating some awesome memories with his friends. Will and his friends love to take hikes in Boulder, as well as go to ice cream places like Sweet Cow and Little Man to eat ice cream. This is Will’s first year in Newspaper and he is so excited to be apart of it and write some great stories surrounding the Eagles at Broomfield High School.
Jack Wadlington, Staff
Jack Wadlington is a senior at Broomfield High School and is entering his second year in the Eagle Way News. Jack lives in the Westminster area with his two parents, three younger siblings and three French Bulldogs. Jack also competes on the Varsity Basketball team and is looking forward to an exciting final season. Jack wants to continue his Basketball career at the collegiate level and look into Broadcast/Journalism majors. Jack enjoys writing and talking about sports and is thrilled to do both in the newspaper and news portions in the Eagle Way this school year.
Brady Bauer, Staff
Brady Bauer is a Sophomore at Broomfield High and this is his first year with Eagle Way News. He hopes to spread fun and enjoyment while also teaching. At home, he has 4 siblings and 2 dogs. When he isn’t busy, he is on the soccer field practicing until it’s dark. He aspires to be a professional soccer player, or be on the sidelines and be a broadcaster for a soccer or football game. He hopes newspaper will enjoy him as a first year!
Alex Ellison, Staff
Alex Ellison is a Junior at Broomfield High School and a first year member of the Eagle Way News. Alex plays baseball for Broomfield High School and plans to pursue a career in journalism after graduating from High School. Outside of school, Alex loves to spend time with friends, play sports, ski and spend time with his dogs. In the Eagle Way, Alex will focus on every aspect of what goes on at Broomfield High School, especially the sports and social events. He hopes to be involved as much as possible in the News and hopes he can take his experience going forward in life
Radhika Malkan, Staff
Radhika Malkan is a senior at Broomfield High School. She is a first year student at the Eagle Way News. She enjoys outdoor activities and hanging out with her family and friends. This year Radhika was able to help the new freshman at BHS in Blue Crew. Her goals for this class is to write compelling and interesting stories and to improve her editing skills.

Ridhima Malkan is a senior this year at Broomfield High School. She is a first year student at the Eagle Way News. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and spending time outdoors. This year Ridhima is a part of Blue Crew at Broomfield High School. This year her goal in this class is to improve her writing skills as well as her video editing skills.
