The Eagles of Broomfield – Jack Vanderberg

Claire Tetro, Staff Writer

“Heather’s was my first show that I’ve ever done and it was kinda my opening into this world of theatre and performing because that’s what I really want to do with my life. I really want to go into fields of just being in front of people and performing and making people laugh, and I feel like this was kinda my gateway into it and it just means a lot to me that I got such a big role and such a good reaction from the audience. It was my opening out basically. I didn’t realize this until more after to the play, but I’ve known that I’ve wanted to do this for awhile and when it was over, it definitely made me sad because of how happy it made me. When I would go to rehearsals and during productions and stuff, all these people were so fun and they meant so much to me and it was a lot of happiness and when it was over it definitely made me feel like it was the end but everyone wants me to come back for more productions and so it made me sad at first but I just know that I’m going to keep continuing on this path and I’m just going to continue to make myself happy with these people. Thank you to everyone that came. Y’all are awesome, your support was amazing and it just reassured me that I’m in the right place and I’m in this area that I belong and that I really want to be in so thank you to the cast, the crew, the audience and just everyone who supported me because it means a lot.”
